If you need to pick up your order for any reason, please contact us first to set an appointment/time for pickup. We will process PICKUP ORDERS within a few hours. We will notify you when your order is complete. Contact us @ email@example.com
Allow 1-3 business days processing before the package is shipped. All orders placed on Friday after 11:00 am CST, will be shipped the following Monday. We print the labels and tracking when the order is packaged to ship.
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. & other US Territories, Canada, & Australia
We include tracking on all packages. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email to the address provided to us. Please check your SPAM FOLDER if you do not see an email from us. Tracking numbers will be sent out after orders have been processed and are packaged.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. If the package is returned to us, an additional shipping fee will be added for re-mailing. If we can not reach you, a refund will be issued (minus shipping and restocking fee). See: Refund Policy
First Class Shipping does NOT include insurance. Southern Glitter Gals will NOT replace packages that are damaged/lost/stolen. For insurance, please upgrade to USPS Priority.
Priority is insured through USPS up to $100.

USPS Priority = INCLUDES shipping insurance
USPS Priority is NOT a guarantee of delivery time per USPS, only an estimate. For any issues please contact your local USPS office.
Once the order is packaged, labels are printed and product ships from our premises, Southern Glitter Gals is NOT responsible for the USPS actions, delays, or lost packages. Contact your local USPS office first, then contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know, especially if there is insurance on your package. We will look into it for you.
Southern Glitter Gals reserves the right to ship the package in the most economical manner. FREE Shipping is shipped via USPS.
If your payment is with Paypal eCheck no package will be mailed until payment is confirmed with Paypal. Please refer to your Paypal account for the estimated clear date. Clear dates are usually at least 5 days from purchase date.
