REFUND POLICY


REFUND/CANCEL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No refunds/exchanges are offered. Buyer assumes all responsibility for products once purchased and shipped. 


ONLY EXCEPTION-CANCEL ORDERS

Any packages returned by USPS due to being undeliverable will be refunded the order amount MINUS the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Orders can be canceled by Southern Glitter Gals at any time before processing, especially if fraud is suspected.


DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We do our best to make sure every order is correct but sometimes accidents do happen and an incorrect order gets shipped. If this happens, please contact us at glittergals501@outlook.com so we can quickly resolve the matter and get your correct order to you promptly. Please provide clear photos. Southern Glitter Gals will allow up to five (5) days upon delivery to report any issue including defects, damage, or missing/incorrect items. Any request after five (5) days of delivery will be automatically denied.
